La Brezza's story commenced with Marco's vision, a vision that aimed to unite indelible culinary delights with unforgettable moments. Upon his marriage to Filomena, Angela Buonincontri, her mother, took the helm as the restaurant's head chef during the 1990s. Angela brought her distinctive interpretation of south-central Italian cuisine to the fore. She introduced daily specials, placing a strong emphasis on the traditional, home-cooked essence and the art of simple Italian cuisine,
making use of the freshest available ingredients each day.

La Brezza's overarching mission is to celebrate life's most cherished moments by offering extraordinary dining experiences. This mission is realized by blending an inviting atmosphere, innovative interpretations of classic dishes, and an unwavering commitment to quality. The restaurant aspires to be recognized as industry leaders and trailblazers, continually surpassing their own achievements.

La Brezza is presently managed by Marco's children, Maurizio and Medina, dedicated to upholding
their father's legacy.
