Tracing back to 1986, this house was initially licensed by the city as an upstairs-only dining room, with Marco, the owner’s father, living in the basement at that time. LaBrezza started as a café restaurant, serving the staff of Bridgeland across the street and general hospital in the little Italy neighbourhood. Over the years, LaBrezza has evolved into a celebrity hangout, politicians’ corner, and neighbourhood institution for date nights and special occasions.
